Welcome to the Piece Keepers Wholesale Program! By placing a wholesale order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
📦 Wholesale Eligibility
To access wholesale pricing, your cart must include products tagged as wholesale. These terms apply to all wholesale purchases.
💲 Pricing & Minimums
- Wholesale Discount: Up to 50% off MSRP, depending on bundle
- Minimum Opening Order: $660
- Reorders: No minimum unless otherwise stated
- MSRP: You agree not to advertise or sell below MSRP without prior approval
🧾 Payment Terms
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipping
- We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and ACH (for approved retailers)
- Late payments may result in the suspension of wholesale privileges
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
- Orders ship from Long Beach, California
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
- Please allow 3–5 business days for fulfillment
🔁 Returns & Damages
- Report any damaged items within 7 days of delivery
- We do not accept returns of unsold inventory
- Approved refunds or replacements will be issued promptly
🛍️ Resale & Brand Guidelines
- You may sell Piece Keepers products in physical stores and on your own website
- Resale on Amazon, Walmart, or other third-party marketplaces is not permitted without written authorization
- You agree to use official product descriptions, images, and branding provided by Piece Keepers

We reserve the right to terminate your wholesale access at any time for policy violations or misuse of our brand.
